We create dynamic, food-led destinations that bring people together and spotlight the talent of independent chefs and makers. Our spaces aren’t just about what’s on the plate. They’re about the energy, the stories, and the community that comes with it.
What started as a gastro pub has grown into a collection of some of the UK’s most exciting food halls.
Since launching Cutlery Works in Sheffield in 2018, we’ve been supporting independent food entrepreneurs, not just by giving them kitchens, but by giving them platforms to grow, experiment, and thrive.
Today, we’re proud to be behind a growing family of vibrant venues, including Cambridge Street Collective and Cutlery Works in Sheffield, Kargo MKT in Manchester, and our newest addition, Tower Bridge Collective in London!
