Cutie Pies
Detroit Style Pizza & Fries
Born in Brighton, Cutie Pie’s looked around the city’s pizza scene and thought, “Amazing, but where’s the fun?”
So, they did something no one else dared to do: they changed the shape of pizza entirely.
Yep… they broke the rules. Crunchy instead of chewy. Fluffy instead of flat. They make the kind of slice you don’t realise you’ve been missing until it’s in your hands.
What started as a wild idea served through a tiny hatch in The Star and Garter’s Pub has turned into a full-blown movement.
Six months later, they’ve got their own bases in Brighton and in CSC, and they’re only just getting started.
House of Biryani
A Taste of Hyderabad
In the heart of Sheffield, you’ve just uncovered a proper culinary treasure. Crafted by three friends with a shared obsession for incredible South Indian cuisine, House of Biryani is their love letter to the flavours they grew up with, reimagined for the streets of Hyderabad.
Every dish is crafted to whisk you straight to Hyderabad, packed with colours, aromas, and traditions that define its food culture. It’s comfort, heritage, and adventure all on one plate.
Pull up a chair, dive in, and let every bite tell its own story.
Renata
A Taste of Italy in the Steel City
Say ciao to Renata, the crew serving up fresh pasta made with Italian ingredients, local passion, and a whole lot of soul. They bring proper flavour to the table, from silky pestos to vibrant poveras and everything in between.
Think bold sauces. Fres ingredients. Dishes that taste like they’ve come straight from Sicily, even though you’re right here in CSC.
It’s authentic Italian deliciousness, full of colour, character, and serious flavour.
Sapore
Schiacciata, Gnocchi, Risotto & More!
Sapore brings the kind of authentic Italian cooking that would make Nonna proud. From pillowy schiacciata sandwiches stuffed to the brim, to rich, velvety risottos and gnocchi that practically hug you from the inside. Every dish at Sapore is rooted in tradition, but served with a fresh, modern twist.
You’ll want to start with Ninna’s meatballs (trust us, she insists) and definitely save room for the pistachio tiramisu. Smooth, creamy, and worth every spoonful. Their secret? Well-guarded family recipes.
Sapore brings the heart of Italy straight to your table, no passport required.
Japanese & Korean fusion Ramen Bar
Head upstairs to the first floor at CSC and you’ll find Saiko: a Japanese-Korean fusion ramen bar bringing serious flavour and even more personality.
Grab a seat at the bar and watch the chefs in action. It’s a dinner and a show, just like the ramen joints that inspired them back in Japan.
“Saikō” (最高) translates to “the best” or “awesome” in Japanese, and that’s exactly the energy behind every bowl they serve.
Their journey started with one idea: take the deep, umami-rich traditions of Japanese ramen and remix them with lglobal flavours, bold ingredients, and a little creative rebellion.
Think gochujang heat meets British Wagyu. Crispy vegan dumplings floating in silky broth.
They champion top-tier produce, ethically sourced meats, and plenty of plant-based options so everyone gets a seat at the table, and a bowl worth shouting about.
Slide onto a bar stool (like you would in Japan), order a steaming bowl of ramen, grab a fusion bao, and finish with chocolate mochi. It’s comfort food for the flavour-hungry generation, served with style, soul, and a whole lot of slurp.
Baity Palestinian
Kitchen
Authentic Palestinian Flavours
When Ali opened Baity, his mission was simple: bring the bold flavours and deep-rooted traditions of Palestinian cooking to the UK. Since then, Baity has become a local favourite, known for its hand-whipped hummus (72 hours in the making), signature Musakhan chicken, and that viral Palestinian Sunday roast with 9-hour pomegranate lamb and za’atar roasties.
Their cuisine has been mentioned in The Independent and the BBC, and their commitment to giving back to the community has been widely lauded. From a cosy Didsbury kitchen to national recognition, Baity is more than a restaurant; it’s a love letter to Palestinian cuisine.
Asia Thai Street Food
Taste of Southern Thailand
Aisia Thai street food brings the taste of Thailand’s sunny shores and island life right here in CSC!
Born into a family of ten siblings, Preeda’s culinary journey began at the age of six, learning the art of cooking from his grandfather. After school, he would join him in the kitchen, handpicking fresh ingredients and mastering the secrets of Thai cuisine.
In his teenage years, he ventured into the world of Thai boxing, but a bad injury ended his fighting career. Undeterred, he transitioned into coaching Muay Thai and eventually opened his own gym. It was during this time that his love for cooking reignited when he was cooking up a storm for his students and friends after his classes. Their endless praise for his authentic food planted the seed for his culinary career.
Every plate is made with care, tradition, and the kind of passion you can taste from the very first bite.
And the best part?
Every curry can be made vegan and gluten-free, so everyone gets in on the good stuff.
Fresh ingredients arrive daily, veggies are prepped by hand, and every dish is cooked with the kind of love that turns a meal into a memory.
Clapping Seoul
Korean Street Food
Founder Jay grew up in Korea, where food said everything: “I missed you”, “How was your day?” His dad’s late-night Korean Fried Chicken runs became core memories, and the spark behind Clapping Seoul. Years later, as a PhD student, Jay couldn’t find anything that hit the same, so he made it himself. A few exploded batters later, Clapping Seoul was born.
Now joined by Emma, they lead a kitchen that’s all good vibes, bold flavours, and homemade street food that sticks with you, not just because of the sauce.
El Chappo
Mexican with Modern Twists

Quality Greek Cuisine
Gyros Express is a family mastering the art of true Greek cusine. The kind that’s wrapped, rolled, grilled, and served with generations of love behind it. Their signature Greek gyros comes tucked inside soft, fluffy Greek pitta and loaded with bold, authentic flavours.
But they’re not just about the wraps. Their meal trays are a whole experience: choose from pork souvlaki, chicken gyros, halloumi (V) or falafel (Ve), all served with fries, warm pitta, fresh salad, and a generous scoop of tzatziki.
Hong Kongese Staples
Send Noods brings the bold, fresh staples of Hong Kong straight to the Steel City every day. And if you need proof, meet their Chilli Beer Bao – a proper show stopper.
Soft, pillowy bao stuffed with tender bavette steak, fiery chillies, caramelised onions, bright pickled cabbage, and their house-made sesame gochujang hot sauce that hits all the right notes.
It’s messy. It’s addictive. It’s the kind of bao that makes you wonder why you ever settled for anything less.
Eritrean & Ethiopian Soul Food
Inspired by the word ‘Habesha’, a term that unites Eritrean and Ethiopian people, House of Habesha serves comforting, flavour-rich dishes made using traditional methods, with a warm welcome on the side. From slow-cooked lamb curries to fragrant vegan stews, every plate is packed with heritage and heart. Whether you go for injera or rice, plant-based or meat, it’s all bold, hearty, and mostly gluten-free.
And for a twist? Their fusion dishes, like loaded fries and spiced-up burgers, bring Habesha flavour to familiar favourites. This is soul food, spiced differently.

Unique Bubble Tea
Tiny Shop began their journey over a casual conversation while sipping bubble tea. They had a great idea to offer a reimagined version of bubble tea to elevate Sheffield’s experience. They took a leap and made this vision a reality by opening their first bubble tea shop at New Era Square back in 2019.
It’s not hard to understand why Tiny Shop has gained popularity among bubble tea lovers in Sheffield. They use tea leaves to brew their drinks and only use premium ingredients. Whether you want a cup that tastes like it was picked from a tree this morning or appreciate the value of tapioca pearls, it’s hard not to be impressed by the quality of drinks served here.
Bubble tea, also known as boba tea or milk tea, originated in Taiwan. It’s a lovely drink that blends black tea, milk, and syrup. You can customise it to your liking by selecting your ice and sugar levels and choosing from toppings such as chewy tapioca, popping balls, jelly, and more.
Tiny Shop also offers fresh blended fruit tea, infused with an array of fruits such as strawberry, grape, and melon. They combine these natural flavours with tea bases such as black, jasmine, oolong, or matcha to offer variety.
+84
Vietnamese Street Eats
+84 isn’t just Vietnam’s country code, it’s Gray’s way of calling home through food. Born and raised in the buzzing streets of Ho Chi Minh City, Gray grew up surrounded by the sizzling sounds and bold flavours of Vietnamese street food. From the first bite to the last, +84 is a nostalgic trip to Gray’s roots, packed with flavour, family, and a whole lot of heart.
Little Penang
Authentic Malaysian Food
Meet Jack, originally from Penang, Malaysia, and proud to have called the UK his home for over two decades.
Jack has spent the past 10 years immersed in the food industry.
Before moving to Sheffield, he ran his first restaurant in a busy London food court (now known as Bang Bang Oriental). When his business partner returned to Malaysia, Jack made the difficult decision to sell the restaurant, as running it alone was simply too much.
Since then, he has waited for the right opportunity to start again.
When Blend Family announced Europe’s largest food hall in Sheffield, the spark reignited. Supported by the local Asian community and fuelled by his lifelong love of cooking, Jack finally brought his vision to life, creating a Malaysian-Chinese food haven in the heart of the city.
Little Penang proudly serves Malaysian-Chinese hawker food inspired by the vibrant street food of Penang Island. Expect bold, comforting, flavour-packed dishes rooted in Southern Chinese culinary traditions, including Char Kway Teow, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Wonton Soup Noodles, Claypot Rice, and many more, celebrating Malaysia’s rich and diverse food culture.
